Admins: a complete Email Log
30 Jun 2026- A new Admin → Email Log lists every email the system has sent — recipient, subject, type, delivery status and time — with the final message body viewable inline.
- Filter by status, type, template, date range or search; click a recipient to see every email they received; and export to CSV.
- Failed deliveries can be re-sent in one click, and a configurable retention window (Scheduler → Global Settings) keeps the log tidy.
Finer control over what reaches your inbox
27 Jun 2026- Mute email for a specific project’s timeline right from the Project Timeline page — the in-app bell still shows those events.
- On the notifications page you can now mark items read or unread to come back to them later.
Tailor your digest & richer admin scheduler tools
27 Jun 2026- Choose which sections your digest includes — pending reviews and/or returned submissions — and pause all emails for a set period, all under Profile → Email Notifications.
- The notification bell shows a muted icon while your emails are paused.
- Admins: the scheduler Run History now has Load-more pagination, quick date ranges, and a cron/manual trigger filter, plus a Notifications & Digest delivery report with CSV export.
A better notifications page
27 Jun 2026- Notifications are now grouped by day (Today / Yesterday / Earlier) and show relative times (“5m”, “3h”).
- Filter by category and unread state — the filters live in the URL, so a filtered view is shareable and bookmarkable, with a one-click “Clear filters”.
- The header shows a quick total / unread count, and the sidebar Notifications link carries your unread badge.
More control over your notifications
27 Jun 2026- Choose how often your pending-actions digest arrives — Weekly (default), Daily, or Off — under Profile → Email Notifications.
- Project Timeline emails now have their own dedicated settings section, separate from the rest of your email preferences.
Your weekly digest, in your inbox and in-app
27 Jun 2026- Every Monday you get a personal digest of the Priorities & Achievements awaiting your review and any of your own submissions that were returned — by email and in the notification bell.
- See it any time without waiting: the dashboard now shows “awaiting your review” and “returned, needs an update” call-to-action banners.
- Profile → Email Notifications lets you preview your digest, send yourself a test copy, or turn the weekly email off.
A smarter notification centre
27 Jun 2026- Notifications now carry colour-coded category tags (Ups & Downs, Priorities, Digest, Timeline, Account).
- Filter the bell to unread-only, and open the new full “All notifications” page from the bell, the sidebar, or ⌘K.
Scheduler insights for admins
27 Jun 2026- Admin → Scheduler → Activity has a new “Job Health” card showing the most recent run of every scheduled job at a glance.
- Run details render as friendly stat chips (emails sent, skipped, …), and “Run Now” refreshes the whole view.
Dark mode
21 Jun 2026- Choose Light, Dark, or System under Profile → Appearance, or toggle it from the ⌘K command palette.
